My post hidden, why?

Hi!

I wrote today an important question and have been a reliable member already one year and after nine earlier posts.
However for some totally unknown reason, my post was hidden? I did not hide it. Ever before any on my posts have been hidden like that. Have I done something wrong, which I even have no idea, what my mistake here might be? I tend to be a decent member everywhere, here as well. Just wondering what is going on here? Thank you!

Thank you so much for your answer! What a relief to read your answer! Have you some idea, what word or expression possibly alarmed that spam filter? Just to learn and avoid such expressions in the future!
