Hello guys

First of all, I'm sorry if my english is bad, I'm from Chile, so bear with me :)

I've been streaming for almost a year now, and just recently I got a new internet connection (80mbs download / 4mbs upload). My problem is that whenever I try to stream at 2000kbps, I get this weird spikes in my ping (I mainly stream League of Legends), going from 17ms to 50-80ms, which is pretty annoying. I supossed that with 4mbs upload speed, I'd actually be able to stream at 2000kbs.
I've done multiple speed tests, and everyone says I have 4mbs upload, that's why I don't understand why my ping spikes like that. Right now I've set my bitrate at 1800kbps and it seems to do fine. Maybe it has something to do with me living in Chile, South America, but I don't know.

Here is my log

I hope you guys can help me :)

You can give the minimize network impact option a try, thats in the broadcast settings. If you encounter dropped frames though, turn it back off. Apart of that its probably a limitation of your internet connection or internet hardware, I assume you tried a few different servers?
RTMP connections are slightly special compared to downloads or viewing a webpage, they use your upload on a single connection.
