Question / Help MY PC IS 70-80% GOOD! HOW CAN I STREAM CSGO WITH STABLE FPS! HELP!

Hello, i was just wondering when i stream my fps drops "A LOT". But when i dont stream i get around 300-487 FPS.
So my question is. How can i stream and get stable FPS my PC is some how good. But I'm 100% aware that I can get stable fps and stream at the same time? any help will be greatly appreciated. If any of you people are CSGO experts please inform me to maybe change something in my settings?!

My Specs:

CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: GTX 750TI 2GB
16 GB DDR4

Streaming Settings:

Encoder: Quick Sync (because i want to get as much fps as i can when i play csgo!)
CBR: ENABLED
Max Bitrate: 2500
Buffer Size: 2750
Resolution Downscale: 1.50 (1280x720)
FPS: 60
Quick Sync Present: 1 (BEST QUALITY)

Counter-Strike Settings:

Graphics: ALL LOW
Launch Options: -processheap -novid -nojoy -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -high -tickrate 128 -threads 4/8 -nod3d9ex -noaafonts +mat_queue_mode 2 +exec autoexec +mat_vignette_enable

*Maybe its my csgo settings that need to be changed, i play all low settings. My resolution is 1280x720... i think*

i seen in another thread someone suggested turning on V-sync so csgo doesnt use up all of your GPUs processing, you could try that and see if it makes a difference
