It's old for sure but it's also under performing, especially the iGPU. You have lots of rendering lag.
I checked & there is a newer driver available for your iGPU, link below. It should help increase performance & get rid of most if not all the rendering lag.
If lag persists, you may also need to disable Webroot Secure.
Also, OBS v27.2.4 is the last version that supports your hardware. You will be able to encode with your iGPU.
