its overloading cpu in every single mode, im stuck

Because you have OBS set to run on the intel integrated adapter instead of the nvidia.

Set OBS to run on the nvidia in the nvidia control panel's 3d settings.

I did it and still feels very freezing and slow

Then start with a new scene collection and avoid display capture like the plague it is on laptops.

I use windows capture to air server mirroring my ipad. It gets like 90% cpu usage in this laptop that is desing for gaming
