Question / Help my obs won't record or stream

I'm trying to use NVENC H.264 and it just won't work I've tried to update my drivers and they say it's up to date. I don't know why this is happing. I tried to record in this one but I've also tried to stream and I get the same results.

i have tried to use just 264 but it lags my computer and the frames drop on it.

Set GPU setting back to 0. Don't change settings when you don't know what they do.
