Question / Help My OBS wont record "long" videos

My OBS wont record long videos, i dont know exactly how long the limit is, but my recordings which are over an hour long dosen´t seem to work, my longest succesfull recording is 29 min. long.
well the problem is that, OBS says its recording, and it seems all fine, until im trying to play the video, where it just says :

Can not play

this file can not be played, it may be due to, that the file format aint supported, the file type may be wrong, or the file may be corrupted. 0xc00d36c4
(not perfect translation, since im from Denmark)

the file format is recorded in mp4

if you know what to do, i´ll be greatfull (i´ve attached some screenshots of my settings, if that helps)

Never save directly to mp4.

Record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.

There is no recording attempt in your log. Make sure that you posted right log-file (look for time-stamp).
