My obs won’t stream through my facebook?

I have recently bought a used gaming pc today that runs windows 10. I stream via a capture card to my console . When I try to stream to Facebook (with key entered too) it comes up with

"Failed to Connect to Server. The RMTP Server sent an invalid SSL certificate"​

Which has never happened when I’ve used the laptop before getting this pc ? Do I have the wrong settings? Did obs have a new update today which maybe the issue? Or is it Facebook playing up as usual?

And used PC - means you should have done a full OS fresh install (preferred) or full OS Reset (which I don't have experience with, not sure I'd trust it, but *if* it works, easier for most people)

My recollection - this was an OS issue (but I could be remembering wrong)

Thanks for your reply. I think it was a obs issue. I reset the pc again just to make sure it was no fault of the pc and it seems to work alright now
