Question / Help My OBS will not record a clip over 27 seconds - It stops and starts remux

Gentlemen
I upgraded to 25.0.8 and now my OBS will not record anything over 27 seconds
I was recording at 12000 kbps and dropped down to 8000 kbps but still got the same results
How often should a log file be available
My logs listing only shows activity time from a few hours ago but I have been having this issue for the past several days
I am praying that you have a quick and easy answer for me as to why
Is there some sort of buffer filling up - that is making it stop and if so what is the setting that I need to change

April 29 at 10:11 am PST was my last recording in excess of 27 seconds; I believe I updated my OBS version after that but I could be incorrect with respect to the timing of the update FYI
 
I have found and fixed the problem; apparently when the new version loaded output time for 28 seconds was selected and that it why it was stopping at 27 seconds; Whew - glad that's over - bible study is about to begin
