Bug Report my obs studio lags halp

whenever im previewing my game it lags whenever i start to stream the lag occurs before i have streamed with 150+ fps now i am streaming with 30? there is no logic tried xsplit it doesnt lags obs classic still lags i dont think its from my pc am i missing something
