My OBS Studio is recording with very lag now

Hello my friends

I use OBS to rec videogames, and the program always works very well. But today, is recording with lag, as if it had less fps. The games works perfectly on 60 fps.

My PC: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
32gb RAM
GTX 1050 graphic card

I use NVIDIA NVENC HEVC but with h.264 I have the same problem. I have changed the bitrate and all of parameters, I tried all profiles, but the problem persists. I had another PC, and it had the same problem, and now it happens again xd. I don't now if the graphic card is the problem, because I have read people with this problem using a RTX 3060. I hope you all can help me.

If you're not recoding several audio files to edit latter, then stick to simple output mode and select one of the presets according to your liking and your system capabilities. The best way to know is using the Auto-configuration Wizard, apply the setting it gives, restart OBS and test. It is important to restart OBS.
Look the result and if it's great go ahead. If not, change the quality settings for another preset.
