Question / Help My OBS Studio Is Completely Broken

Hello,
Today I logged onto my computer and booted up OBS. My OBS first opened all weird and stretched and then proceeded to crash on me. Then I opened it back up and it looks like the image below. I have no idea what has caused this. Any help would be great!

with OBS closed, move the obs-studio folder from %appdata% to the desktop, then reinstall OBS and launch it.
