My OBS only records one audio track

I've been using OBS for quite a while and I have this issue where whenever I try to record multiple audio tracks, it only records one track. Whenever I have 3 tracks enabled only 3 works, if its 4, then only 4 works. I've tried seeing if it was a media player issue and it wasn't, I've even put it into premiere pro and there's just no audio besides whatever the highest number track is enabled, and I record using mkv. I've tried using the global settings as well to no avail. This is what my current audio properties look like. Is there any way I can record multiple tracks and fix this issue?

Your one screenshot shows that you're feeding multiple tracks, but which tracks are you actually recording? That's different. Settings -> Output.
