Question / Help My Obs not working

I will try to update it or change some option and it says that the Outputs are currently active, but there is nothing connected ...

Do you have:
Google hangouts (or Meet) set to use obs as the camera input. If yes, disable it.
Virtualcam? If yes, disable it.
NDI plugin output mode enabled? If yes, disable it (Tools > NDI Output Settings).
