I have a pc and a laptop, I can stream fine on my PC with no problem except for powercuts. but when I tried to stream on my laptop it just doesn't seem to work at all, even connected to the same ethernet network it just doesn't seem to stream the gameplay. when i press start streaming it works fine but once i lunch any game it goes to 0kbps under a second and it will show up in stream up to a minute and if play to long it automatically disconnects and loses connection to twitch or youtube.
things i tried=
updated my network drivers
tried to set everything on the network settings similar to my PCs
reinstalled obs with by removing userfiles
my PC is
i7 8700 nonk
16GB ram
2060
running windows 10
my laptop is
AMD r7 5800h
16GB ram
3060
running windows 11(accidentally updated it)
(legion 5 2021 model)
i can stream via stream card connecting to my pc from laptop, i played couple of games like that but i cannot natively stream laptop games over obs from laptop
