my obs make my vga blink on first time open obs after turning on (rx 580)

it's like flicker screen is going blank and after that is running but some of my video on screen is blank and some of my software is crash need to reopen , it always hapen like once in first boot , any a way to fix this please ?

All this means only one thing - video driver crashed and was restarted. Try to find more stable version of the driver for your video card.
In case of hardware failure only replacement can help.
