Question / Help My OBS Loses Connection/Kb/s goes to 0 randomly and it cuts off my twitch stream! HELP

whenever i try to stream on tiwtch it works fine for about 10 mins. shortly after but obs says that it loses connection but my internet is fine becuase im still playing a game. it also says that my KB/S goes to 0. OBS studio has worked great for me for a month and a half however after updating my computer i simply cannot keep my stream on anymore without OBS saying it loses connection or something. PLEASE HELP!

It is not a frame-rate issue and I have tried to switch serves only for it to still crash.

Now the Option of "Browser Source" is deleted from OBS and I can No longer use Overlays or anything.

None of the steps have anything to do with changing OBS files or plugins so I'm not sure how you managed that. Reinstall OBS to make sure all of the necessary files are present.
