Question / Help My obs lags when I try and stream

CPU Model and Speed
GPU Model
32bit or 64bit OBS
Your maximum upload speed provided by your ISP
Your OBS Encoder settings, frame rate, resolution, etc
OBS Log file from the attempted broadcast that dropped to 10fps
