Question / Help My OBS Keeps Crashing about 10 minutes after i start my stream...

i will start my stream and be in a game then my OBS Studio Drops frames then DCs and reconnects almost instantly.

This happens and then while im in my game if i restart it i will be able to stream for 5+ Hours without it doing it again. i just dont understand....
