My OBS just record my mouse

I've tried to fix this error in several ways, but I can't. When trying to capture my screen in the program, it just captures my mouse cursor and in the background a black screen. In a way it's capturing the screen as the cursor appears, but otherwise it's a black screen

I've seen that happen when you try to record a copy protected stream. No can do. Find a stream that isn't copy protected, if that's the case.

Anything I try to capture looks like this, in this case I was trying to capture my browser, but even the desktop doesn't work

If you're trying to capture a specific program, use window capture, and ideally use the windows 10 1903 windows graphics capture method
