My OBS isn't opening.

My OBS isn't working/opening for some reason and I don't know why. It's my 1st time using OBS and I downloaded the zip file and extracted it. I am also on Windows 10

I have Windows 10 Pro updated with both 32 and 64bits Visual Studio 2013 installed but OBS is not opening too!
I already uninstalled and reinstalled over and over and tried 32bits version but it´s the same.
I run the program and nothing happens. I run again and it says it´s already opened... I check Program Manager and OBS is there in second plane.
