My OBS is very laggy and the recording freezes but the sound still plays

I record with NVIDIA experience but it is only 60fps and I want to record with more fps like OBS but when I record with OBS it freezes and lags the sound plays but the recording is frozen on one frame for a long time. Can anyone please help me?

Perhaps you can let the auto-configuration wizard set the appropriate parameters for you automatically. Different computers have different performance and the best parameters you see on the internet may not be the best for you. Just go to Toos>> Auto-Configuration Wizard.

Instead of copying settings from some random video without understanding them, use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard and use the recommended settings that are tailored to your hardware from a small benchmark performed by the wizard.

If you intend to record at very high fps, you need to make sure the game you're recording isn't consuming all GPU resources on its own. Limit its fps to the same fps as you're trying to record, i. e. 240 fps. If you run the game with unlimited fps (as far as I know, Minecraft can be rendered with > 1000 fps on powerful machines), it consumes every GPU resource on its own and isn't leaving any to OBS.

Yeh I have unlimited fps in mc

Your monitor doesn't have unlimited refresh rate, only 59 times per second. Cap your game FPS at 60.
