Question / Help my obs is so messed up... lags whenever im shooting alot in cod or anything that takes alot of fps

first of all i have to use 32 bit obs because i am using avermedia, for some reason its always 32 bit no matter which one i download, when i click task managar it says 32 bit even if i download the 64 bit...

basically i lag anytime im shooting alot or spinning alot or anything with alot of fps is going on, i stream in 30 fps with 1280/720 i have 90 download and 25 upload, heres my specs

NVIDIA GeForce GT740
FX Series Six Core FX 6300 3.5 GHz
16 GB DDR3
and im running obs 32 bit because avermedia doesnt work with 64 bit
running windows 10​

32 bit OBS is fine, it performs the same as 64bit.
