Bug Report my OBS is not working

so i got up today and try to stream on youtube like do everyday and for some reson my OBS is not going to the youtube server.
Yes- my internet is working.
Yes- all my setting are correct.
as you can see where there is so pose to be a green light its gray
i am useing AMD R9 390 8gig ram

Can you do a few minutes' worth of recording/streaming, then stop the recording/streaming session, then upload a current logfile please so I or someone else can further assist in troubleshooting...
