Question / Help My OBS is not working

My internet went out last during my twitch stream. Since then, OBS will not allow me to stream. I tried restarting my pc, resetting my router etc. I click start streaming, and either it never loads and says "disconnected" or, it loads but my kb/s stays in the red or orange, and the stream actually never starts up. I also got a message saying there was either something wrong with my stream key, or I can not connect to server. The message varies between attempts

I tried switching servers and it does not fix the issue. I also uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. that did not help either. Here is my log
