Hey I've been trying to make my OBS look smooth but for some reason, it comes out choppy, I've tried all types of settings etc and my PC isn't the Problem the specs are:

I can run all my games at 1440p ultra settings and even when recording everything looks fine and is smooth but as soon as I stop recording and look at the video it's very choppy
Please help me
