Question / Help My OBs is lagging no matter what i do!

My obs keeps lagging despite my efforts in following all guides both written and made on youtube, nothing helps. my PC is medio high end and my internet is 110/25 https://gyazo.com/6284b998ba72656426270a160d89acfd i have tried to stream at as low as 1500kb/s and it still lags. iahev tried streaming at 800x600 and still no help.

What am I missing?

please help.

Monitor capture is the LEAST efficient method to capture, not the most efficient.

If you're capturing a game, you should be using game capture.
 
That's not lag.

That's buffering.

Your connection to the viewer servers is probably junk which is why you're seeing the buffering.

but how is that possible? i have tried to watch my stream while streaming. Watched it on a labtop on my desktop, on a tablet and on my phone 4G connected, and it still lags.

as said in the first post, I sit on a 110/25 internet so it shouldn't lag nor should it buffer?

It's possible because the viewer distribution servers for twitch for non-partnered streams are in San Fransisco.

If the connecting internet providers between you and there have any choke points, you'll get buffering like that.
