Could this be the driver for the ezcap Link video camera?

I'm not expert on reading crash logs so I'm just going by this:
Fault address: 7FFB21374749 (c:\program files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit\libcef.dll)
The cef in libcef.dll is for Chromium Embedded Framework which is a simple framework for embedding Chromium-based browsers in other applications.
