My OBS dont show listed on Audio Input my Headphones MIC & Dont allow me to send a log.

Hi Guys, here's my challenge. First my OBS doesn't list my headphones Mic. They are working pretty good with anything else. Second challenge is that when I try to send a log it gave me an error. I already uninstalled the software. Any help is well accepted.
