My obs doesn't detect my vga video encoder

hello. please help me

i have a problem with the video encoder if it doesn't detect my vga encoder. i experienced this after i reinstalled my windows last night and after i reinstalled obs i got this problem that it doesn't want to detect my vga encoder

Your hardware is too old, any encoder isn't supported by OBS any more.

Significant changes were in OBS v30.0.0, so old hardware support only available in earlier versions of OBS (v29.1.3 and earlier).
