My OBS doesn't accept/works overlay of streamelements

I formatted my computer recently and when I went back to download all the programs that used, my OBS the screen was all black. I solved the problem but now the stream elements overlays do not load and there is a black screen, but if I put a website in the OBS browser like youtube, google, facebook, it transmits normally. Please help me
 
You often have to go into your scene inputs and re-stablish the selections there, like reelecting cameras, inputs, etc. to "refresh" them.
 
It has worked for me for cameras. Maybe I'm not understanding what the OP means by " stream elements overlays". Elaborate?
 
There are many bugs in the latest updates. Try using previous versions. I have been using this (link to set up file of version 27.16) and it started working smoothly for me.
 
Why are you replying to an almost year old thread with bad advice and a suspicious link to an installer that may not necessarily be an official one?
