Question / Help My OBS does not identify my video card in Encoder!

I'm doing lives almost 2 months of League Of Legends, however there are some games (eg CS Go, Outlast) that on my computer runs smooth in high quality without locking, however in obs it's slowing down a lot (even changing to much quality low), in my encoder does not appear the option of my video card (GEFORCE GT 420) appears only the option Software (x264), I am lay on the configuration of pc and etc. Can anyone guide me on what to do to solve this.

Configuration of my pc is

Processor: Intel I5
6GB of ram
1TB hd
HyperX SSD 120GB
 
You have a potato for a video card, it's 8 years old and was never designed to play games let alone encode. NVENC didn't exist until the 600 series in 2012
