My obs docks like chat and activity feed are always zooming in my second monitor

My obs docks are always zooming when I pass hover them and its almost impossible to use them like that. In my main monitor that doesn't happen. Please help me.

This is the normal obs with streamelements. I use 1920 x 1080 in both but my main monitor is much bigger than the second

Looook in the Monitor setting in Windows there ist an Option scaling in percent 100 125 and so one for every display
