Question / Help My OBS crashes when I go live

I recently changed around some settings to better suit my internet and now OBS keeps crashing after I go live. this never used to happen but I also am dropping at least 30% of frames even though in twitch it is telling me my settings are excellent for my connection.
Here is the crash report:

I would also like to mention that game capture for some reason now does not work at all. No blackscreen or anything just nothing shows up. Another thing on my list of problems :/
