Bug Report My OBS crash alway after any minutes of stream

Hey,

All is explain in the title, when I want to stream, after 4 or 5 minutes my OBS crash and close

It give me a doc .txt :

I think you have to make sure that QSVHelper.exe runs on the intelet GPU

I dont have a black screen, my obs work fine the 5 first minutes and after it crash

That's not relevant, qsvhelper must run on the intel gpu in the nvidia control panel.

Hm kay sorry I don't have a perfect english, I've misunderstood, I do that
I setup My obs and my game with the high performamamnce Nvidia setup but the buf still here

Did you set qsvhelper.exe to run on the intel or not?

It is the part that allows you to encode using the dedicated component of your intel processor assigned to video encoding. it MUST be set to run on the intel.

Its located in the same folder as OBS

you are not getting it. set OBS for nvidia but set QSVHelper.exe to run on the intel. if you really need help take a screenshot of the nvidia switchable control panel and post it here.

Yes, but for QSVhelper.exe not OBS. this is your issue.

Okay i got the message "Map texture failed" after 30 minutes and crash, what did I set up exactly on my Nvidia panel, i'm actually on that :
OBS : Nvidia high performance
QSVhelper : Nvidia Nvidia high performance
Like that :

for the 4th time, if you are usings quicksync QSVHelper.exe will need to be on the Intel card in the nvidia control panel? understand?
