Question / Help My OBS C++ is not installing

OK, I installed my C++ 2015-2019 (x64) thingy for OBS and this pops up

Can someone explain why it does this, thank u
 
I opened the thing that downloaded and it opened a cmd window, idk what it said it was too small :c
Can I check if i have corrupt files any other way?
