My OBS bitrate has declined massively for no reason a few days ago. Twitch Test shows more than OBS

Good evening, a few days ago i started experiencing a problem with my OBS, I was running some tests and suddenly my bitrate had dropped to 3000 from day to another, and it kept reducing to what i have right now which is 2500. Usullay I had around 4800 kbps.

When i was running twitch test I had seen that it still displays 4800 as my usual despite OBS sending a much much lower bitrate, I am so confused at this. I even tried contacting my ISP but they still are unable to help me with it. All my internet connection works wonderful, it's just OBS not sending the bitrate that it should for some reason

The quality isn't good enough. Most probably there's the issue. The RTMP protocol is degraded. Most probably your ISP is doing it but you need to be specific on this issues or they will never check on it. Around 99% of ISP support people have not a clue about this.
