my muti stream pluggin is gone

Hi the plugin, i can't figure out how to get back on. I tried uninstalling and re-stalling. It won't come back. I can't find it anywhere.
 
Post an OBS log so it can be seen if it's getting loaded by OBS
Do you see the files for the plugin in the proper plugins directory
