Weird mouse glitches have only ever been reported like twice before in the life cycle of OBS, but here's the thing: I don't actually do anything but read the mouse position, I don't modify it or anything like that. So I suspect some underlying bug somewhere in these systems where this occurs when many devices are in use. Though that's just an educated guess, I don't actually know what it could be. I can say that I don't do any code in OBS that could actually interfere with the mouse itself. It definitely has to be an underlying driver/system issue for you in this case.
