Question / Help My Microphone goes back to being quiet

Hello guys, I Have this problem on obs where my microphone goes back on being quiet after i shut down my laptop. The story is that, when i saw the new update on obs i cant update it for some reason so i uninstall it and installed it again, when i opened my obs my microphone got loud even though my microphone is far away on my mouth ( Im using a razer headphone microphone btw) Here is the example of how loud it is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ta7xpbPrxvI&t=1201s (In this video i use DEFAULT noise gate, noise suppression, compressor, and Gain at 3.0 because its so loud (i used 60% volume , and this is before when i did not uninstall my obs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2FkPZK7q-4&t=3s the same as here but the gain is 10 and my mic is MAXED , It has a big difference, but when i shut down my laptop and come back again, it goes back to being quiet where i need to shout and keep my microphone in my mouth.

Hello, this is just my first post so i dont really know how to make people look at it, i thought if i just post it people might help. I dont know whats that log is too
