My MC is glitchy when I record.

Hey, so I want to record minecraft for my yt channel and stuff, but my OBS always seems to yknow, be glitchy and not render smoothly, it also shows the same thing when I see it, and when I close OBS, it runs smoothly and fine, it annoys me tbh, so please help me I really want to know how to fix this. :)

The only immediate issue from that logfile is that you're recording to MP4. You should NEVER record to MP4 directly for any reason.
It's not a recording-safe format, and is extremely easy to corrupt the recording on any error, which loses the whole thing with NO chance to recover it. Record to MKV, and remux to MP4 if you need it from the File menu.

Other than that, your CQP rate is kind of high; 23 will likely show some visual artifacting. Try dropping it to around 16 or so. The lower the number, the closer to 'perfect' the video will be (but the higher the filesize; never go below 12 unless you know what you're doing and why).

I've tried everything that was not with mp4, it still does it. I tried to record in every video format but it does do it when I'm not recording. Like it shows the choppiness on my screen and the recording.

1. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via this screen or these instructions.
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Run OBS as admin

Post new log if still having issues after making those changes.

Yeah it's still doing it, after everything. Still not sure how to fix it and I really want to resume my schedule for recording and streaming. :P

Try lowering your CRF # and changing the preset from ultrafast to veryfast or use NVENC.
