Question / Help My LoL game is jumping

My LoL game is choppy when i use OBS. My fps/ping say that is at 60 but the game is choppy. Could some1 help me what goin on

It is pretty hard for us to help you when we know very little about your problem. Make sure to provide us a log file, and in best case also an archived broadcast that shows your problem.
