Question / Help My inGame Fps is Good But Stream Lags

Everytime i try to stream my game my fps is fine and when i look at the stream it is very choppy and quality is bad
My Specs are Intel Pentium G860 and an AMD Radeon 7850 with 6 gbs of ram and i have included my log file

your only chance to stream on this pc is using amd amf encoder in gpu.
update video driver to 17.7.2 - https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64
and update obs to v20.1 to get new amf version.
for 720p30 you will need about 3500 bitrate or bit more on this card
