Question / Help My in game frames drop randomly even when not doing anything

CPU: I7-4770k 3.50ghz
RAM: 16Gb 1886
Video Card: Geforce GTX 780 6gb
EXTREME SSD hard drive
Gigabyte Z87x-UD5H mother board

My upload is only 1.5mbps but its not the internet lag its frames lag and it doesn't make sense when I have built such a powerful machine any suggestions?
