My gpu spikes at 100% causing 0.1% overload and encoding issues

OBS is the only program running. I only have 1 scene and source which is ps5. i have 1660 super and my gpu spikes randomly, turning down resolution or frames does not help, yes my obs is on an older version because the newer update does not work for me. Also game moode is off because im recording on ps5 using capture card (hd60s+) and was told top turn it off to help w/ gpu issues. Driver also needed to be rolled because of gpu issues. any suggestions ?

0.1% of overload is no overload. Probably you have a program running in the back causing this spikes. You should check for it.

i keep getting this message regardless even when obs is the only app on. there's nothing else using my gpu on task manager
