My game recording keeps having dropped or stutter frames after recording

This has been a problem for me and I have no idea how to fix it, I keep getting dropped or stuttering frames on every finished game recording on my MacBook Pro and my Hp gaming pc, I’ve been dealing with this problem for 4 days now please someone help me on this.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
