Heres all my internet info..people say its perfect but when I stream and play league of legends..It spikes up to 200 ping and I cant even play.
I use NVENC H.264
Bitrate: 10000 (if I go below that my stream gets pixelated)
Preset: High quality
Rate control: CBR
Level: 5.0
I use two-pass encoding
GPU:0
B frames:2
