Poor $treamer

I have a 6700k, 750Ti and a 1080p 60Hz mon.
When I try to use screen capture to record my game,
(x264 faster high , 1080p60 , Aero on, Full screen)
the game lags and shutter a lot, seems like 10~15fps,
if I don't capture it in DX capture mode.
I want to capture all the things I do on my PC.
(Settings:
VBR Max bitrate 15000Mbs
CFR 60fps
Sound AAC Stereo 192bps)
Is anybody else same?
