My Game Capture Won't Capture

My Game Capture Just Shows A Black Screen When I Try To Capture A Game. The Transformation Of The Game Capture is Also Broken (I Can't Move Or Edit It And It Shows Up In The Top Left Corner When I Add Game Capture But Goes Across The Screen When I Set It To Stretch To Bounds). But When I Try Windows Capture, It Works Perfectly Fine.
