Your GPU is overloaded. Have you set a framerate cap it Fortnite?

I set the fps cap to 60 fps, and there's almost no lag. But I have a 144hz monitor so i want the framerate to be higher... a 1070 should be able to stream 720p30 and gaming at 120 fps at a time.

(EDIT): I set the cap to 120 fps and my game crashed...

If you set no FPS cap in the game it will use all of the GPU resources it can, leaving none for OBS to render the frames it needs. So when the game is taxing the GPU the most, OBS will drop frames. 3% isn't the worst but it would be noticeable.
